I think I heard that we won't have doctrines for the first few weeks with the next release, but if not, it would be nice to have PPs when we do get doctrines. for people who either play multiple armies, or don't get as much time, it really sucks having to get your stuff repeatedly. I haven't even had a chance to buy reinforcements this war. Right now only the people who get a chance to play a lot, or people who only play one army really get to experience everything. I guess I could limit myself to just playing 1 army too, but it just gets so boring =P

No, it has to do with how we'll be integrating doctrines step by step rather than all at once

but logically you'd have to keep the PP's you earned after the first implementation or get enough to unlock the previous ones for the whole step by step process to work. Or the testing phase would get progressively longer.
