It's a relic thing, and fixing it manually by reducing availability of everything affected by it, would probably just be too much to expect from the Devs right now. They are already doing all they can to implement the Doctrines as fast as possible.

LMGs, HMGs, tank Hull/Coaxial/AA MGs, jeep/bike MGs, ostwinds, BARs, Brens, greaseguns, STG44s, Stens, Thompsons, MP40s, puma guns, AC guns, Quad .50s, Flakvierlings - everything has burstbug.
Honestly, I did indeed hear one of the devs say ostwinds are not SUPPOSED to be 4 availability, but 2 or 3, so I'd expect it to be "fixed" soon enough.

wasnt sure on evry but its extrealey noticable on on the vehicles mentioned...

isnt it 3 or 4 vehicles, that you just decrese availibilty on....T17/puma/AC/Ostwind....that are really noticable

Im sorry myst but thats really not true..brens, greaseguns, STG44s, are not effected, the weapons and thins effected are anything like an HMG, I think the LMG might be affected by it, but I know for a fact any mounted HMGs are effected... a BAR or greasegun is not effected

They are indeed affected, however :
1. Weapons such as the BAR, hull and coaxial MGs have really short and not really distingishable bursts, and it is why you don't see them bugging out.
2. The burst durations on the greasegun, Thompson, MP40 and STG44 are insanely long, so you don't notice it happening as much because of that as well.
3. There's a large number of thompsons/MP40s/greaseguns in an engagement, as well as rifles etc. so you don't notice them.
4. The BAR/hull/coaxial MGs just dont' score kills all that often for you to notice the burst bug.
