tbh, after the new patch you can get games at any time you want.

We can always look at finetuning costs of advantages/doctrines later down the right.
But for now, at least give it a try.

wow, you finally said something i agree with...can we actually become...associates? maybe even friends.....naaaaah

but yeah i agree. I know exploits but i dont use them, I try to be fair and a good sport. I rarely if ever chase units off the field unless someone's done it to me before. I have a rule, basically, i'll play you straight up as long as you play me straihgt up, if you exploit or vet hunt, chase my stuff off the field, then it's on. a"lthough i still wont exploit...i just play a lil meaner.

Dafuq man, don't ask for proof if you'll refuse it if it's not in your favor, logic fallacy for the bloody win.

I wonder what these people would of thought of ucross/fldash's way of restricting you to 7 pp per day, which was later upped to 9pp per day.

Our form of flow control is much superior in all regards, although we have not added in the 'middle of the war reward' yet.. maybe when we have a war map and a war eh..

at least in THIS version you can play as much as you like.

But you know what? Hearing constant bitching and whining about how we are always doing something wrong, or destroying the modification or are just shit at what we do get to me. It comes from the same 5-8 members of this community and I have yet to see even a simple 'Thank you' from those guys for all our hard work, even if it's a thank you for giving them something to be able to bitch about.

Maybe its because these members of the community feel that their input is vital and is not taken seriously... if it happens to be true, and their input is good, well unfortunately you'll get double whammy.

Its not that players are not grateful for the game, but sometimes you'll get compared to the old eir, where nothing was done and as broken as it is, allowed more things to be done... or get compared to the previous versions where people will exclaim. THINGS WAS WORKING FINE! WHY DID YOU HAVE TO CHANGE IT!?

I guess thats the way things are.

Fixes all of what?

Its working as intended lol.

You have a persistant MMO/RTS.

The higher you level, the higher opponent you need to play to recieve the same rewards.

Shit I'm pretty sure you could offer the guy a cup of coffee and he'd try to kill you with the mug if you forgot sugar.

That's like offering Beer to fuck the fat chick. It will work for a while, but it's not gonna last. Not only that, but there is zero motivation for the Fat chick to loose weight.

IMo this new system though slow is realy worth putting time into. man this new doc system is so mutch more rewording than the old EiRs and the development is so mutch better (not dising Fldash where ever he is)
this new EiR imo is so mutch deeper than the old one.

so what if you haft to play more games to remain competative, its totaly worth it. and what would be the point in just unlocking EVERYthing in 7-10 games it would just become repetative nd boring over time. now you actualty haft to work for your army. also becouse of this you can keep playing the same doctrine but try out new docs once and a while THERE ARE SO MANY OPTIONS!.

EiR=Win      EiRR=EPIC WIN

Now if only i could get this dam log in to stop bugging up...... now ventrillos not even working....

i agree with both sides but i think that how it takes 40 wins to get a t 4 is crazy i think there should be a happy medium. but for the casual player like myself im not a fan that it takes FOREVER to get any docrine upgrade. ive noticed for me atleast on a good day if i can get lucky i get one game and sometimes none. then when i do get in game there are the people who ahve been playing and have PP kill me and completely murder me within 25 minutes. so i think the doctrine system needs some modification. This is comming from a casual player so im sure im biased but this is my opinion

Don't worry; I'm pretty much a casual player who can only really average 1 - 2 games a day, 3-4 days a week.

And Ak, that number of games is what Im aiming for.

Regardless of rank, 4-8 weeks is what you should expect to reach your tier 4.

As 8-12 weeks is how long we intend the Wars to last.

We are serious about enforcing this, and I am sure you all want to be able to have your balance thought considered by the development team with some biased, sensationalist coming into your thread and ruining it.
