Offensive operations.
30's earlier in R+, so that only works if you aren't first right?

Would this effect the howie? Or just MG, mortar, sniper, ATG?

Concussion Grenades
What do these do exactly? Would they replace frag nades? If not, will they be on separate cool down times?

Snipers, mortars, MGs now have infantry awareness.

1. Probably working in Attack defend aswell(if you attack)

3. They stun aswell as damage, as far as i know.

4. You will see infantry on the mini map if they come close, even through fog of war.

oh! like a vamp HT! i knew the term sounded familiar. ooh so it would be like omniscience almost, tempting.

The term sounded familiar because it's a vCoH doctrine ability for Tank Hunters (which is in EiRR too), called Tank Awareness. When gotten, every infantry squad would have a huge radius around them that made tanks show up on your minimap.

This is pretty much the exact same thing, but for infantry.

Edit: and it's nothing like omniscience. Omniscience actually gives you an increased sight and detection range for all of your units. This simply allows you to see infantry on the minimap, and it won't uncloak snipers.

Off Op is you deploy in half time than normal (3:00 is norm, so you deploy in 1:30)

Locked and Loaded it is what it says...support weapons, hmgs, mortars, at guns, maybe snipers.

Concussion Grenades gives stunning effect, more than likely will replace grenade. mmore useful for rangers with smgs as it will stun infantry and then you move in and rape with smg.
