Defensive: Arty Experts

I was thinking, 50% more damage on stukas and nebels. really should be 50% more damage on nebels, 50% more splash on stukas. stukas already do great damage, especially when you have that officer with increased supervision buffs, but the stukas problem is splash, it needs more desperately to be worthy of a T3. Unless the stuka shell lands ON TOP of a unit it does no damage.
How does 50% more splash or even a little more sound? I bet if you put this in stukas will be used much more, heck, I would bypass nebels and grab stukas for that case (i just recently switched 2x stukas for 2x nebels)

I don't know... Stukas always did a good amount of damage to buildings... I think that 10 to 15 % would help.
As for the nebels.. actually the same I suppose...

50% more splash mmm. actually looking at the AoE of the stuka rocket, it's already pretty big. it's actually 1 over a 105mm splash. The difference is that a stuka rocket has really low aoe suppression so it's not fully evidence.
The Aoe of a howie is 7, 3, 1 and a stuka is 8, 4, 2 50% more would make it 12, 6 and 3...

Dafuq man, don't ask for proof if you'll refuse it if it's not in your favor, logic fallacy for the bloody win.

Could be interesting to trade in some damage for some more splash. I think the defensive doctrine is in dire need of some love.

I think the stuka needs some non doctrinal buffs. You shouldn't have to pick a T3 just so an artillery piece can be useful and even then the stuka is quite worthless compared to the more awesome nebel.

agreed with all said.
well what's the damage of a stuka compared to a 105? because stuka rockets not landing on things seems to do very little damage.
so maybe it's not splash it's something else that needs to be upped.
also having stuka price/pop/pool go down could be nice too!

The damage and Splash are fine, it's the Splash accuracy that leaves something to be desired.

the PE hotchkiss seemed to do just fine the last game I saw it in action...it was dealing damage every barrage actually...its probably just a user issue and not the unit

its possible to be quite aggressive with hotchkiss stuka, tank armor and a gun and much more mobile than the stuka. not to mention being able to shoot off 4 rockets, leaves you vulnerable for less time.

im not sure what words you're trying to put in my mouth or what you're trying to prove dick.
stuart armor, what ever, the point is it isn't harmed by small arms like a stuka is. hotchkiss won't get hurt from a .30 cal shooting ap rounds.

You're right this is a comedy show, because you are being an ass clown. The point isn't that it shoots less shells, it's the point that it's IMMOBILE for less time, probably between 3-5 seconds less, and if you seeing being immobile an advantage then I don't know what to say.
