i was thinking of switching my T4 soon, but what is working? the bottom T4 looks interesting, or maybe doing a dual T3. can people confirm these assumptions??

from what i hear in night raid:
enemy unit call in timer - not working (obviously no call in timer things have/are working)
support teams cloak in cover - its working i saw a replay with tank using this. do these units get ambush bonus though?
sniper gets garand sniper rifle - is this working? seemed even if it is, no one knew exactly what it did? im assuming faster rof and less reloading. maybe fires as fast as axis sniper?
+6 pop - not sure? afaik it's not working for luft, so it shouldnt be working for AB?

covered operations - is capping faster in?
fire up pops smoke - i think i played against someone and it looked like it worked
mortar smoke increased range and rof - nothing i really care about tbh
red smoke instead of green - again dont care.

also i asked if modified equipment has any effect on AW, but never got a response.

modified equipment doesn't effect AW.
all your assumptions are correct.
faster capping is not in
there are no ambush bonusses

Garand Sniper rifle is underwhelming at best even if it does work.

5.5-7.5 cooldown instead of 6-7.5 cooldown

2 Reload instead of 3 Reload. Reload applies at the end of the 5 rounds, not after each shot, so the reload benefit only really helps if your trying to kill off an entire blob with a single sniper.

I mean I know Obama was the first one in EiR to get a card. and tbfh the Race card is pretty OP. but Romney has the K.K.K., those guys seem to camo anywhere. So OP units from both sides.

Slow mines are NOT implimented, DO NOT BUY them. God knows Id spend 400 MU on them and then have leo not code them. -.,-

I killed it with a 3 man AB squad where 2 squads of piats and a cromwell failed miserably.
