Is this an improvement to engineers, ore an ability in the command panel? I have bought it for the 25 PP (includes 15pp for the Pershing unlock also), but have no use button in the panel. If it's just the engineer upgrade, can the icon be changed to something more clear.
10pp seems a waste on just an engineer upgrade, especially seeing as I haven't noticed any real change, and if I had saved that for advantages I'd have about 3 Shermans, 2 M10s and a Calliope by now.

Well I cant figure out how to use it. I dont see a place to buy it using PP and theres no icon for it in game.

Nope nothing, my guess is..maybe i need the callie and pershing unlocked for it to show up. Even tho I unlocked field repairs itself  Currently i only have the pershing unlocked. |
