I liked the ability to gain XP from killing AT guns. It is a lot more representative of the dangerous nature of an AT gun rather than just like 4 xp from the crew members...

Seriously, If given the choice, I reckon it should be put back in. It encourages people to destroy ATG's if they haven't worked out they should be already. Plus it rewards by killing the crew and pushing them back by giving you a little vet boost.

The HT thing sounds AMAZING though, Not tried it, but the whole idea behind it sounds epic. Specially since PE usally take Halftrack's to pair up with units to make them last longer/fight better.

i also liked it unitl i played ununocticum who just played the game to get the xp + xp for his rifles (vet3 now...) from his ATGuns..

ATGuns shouldnt give xp


they didn't get vet 3 from that

and I was strategically destroying weapons left behind at your doomfortress to prevent them from being captured after the game in my spawn.
see if we have 1 way mmorpg leveling i guess we can have storylines too.

Weapon crews give 2 xp per man. So with Paks, ATgs and such also being destroyed you were getting 9xp for the entire lot.

Seems okay to me. AT guns cost 400 manpower, they should give twice the XP of a rifle squad, ish. They give less so it seems balanced, given their fragility.

If tanks can't get XP from killing ATGs, its only fair that Vehicles give no XP to their natural threats, AT infantry types and ATGs.

That has nothing to do with it. It has to do with people deliberately decrewing their own weapons and blowing them up or blowing up their teammates weapons for XP.
