Being out of balance could mean both that an ability in it's tier is OP, or that the others are UP.

Hellcat has range 45, + 15% range on vet 2 and does 140 dam to a P4. I can also cloak and have a first strike ability that always penetrates and does what double damage?

Ya but in the current metagame its all about getting away to repair. And you would only end with like 20% hp if you get really unlucky with the bounces. I've seen heat rounds P4s beat 2 M10s one after another despite having run over 2 mines.
Two m18s for a P4 seems quite a good trade, especially since you will get away with vet.

Total bullshit. I have heatrounds, and I'm pretty sure its not working. And last game, my PIV died to two m10s from full health without even killing one of them.It was sitting behind my pak, the two drove in out of fog, pak shot missed. PIV died with only getting off 3 shots, 1 of which missed.

The P4 would still win easilly.
And good luck getting a M18 to vet 2. It can't beat anything except a stug 1v1 and dies to everything.
EDIT: just checked the leaderboard. There are currently 3 vet 2+ M18s.
There are
39
vet 2+ Panzer IVs.
There isn't even a point talking about vet 2 M10s and M18s. While vet 2 P4s are very much a valid concern.

I'm 100% sure its working because I just checked the gamefile.
And I never said 2 M10s at the same time. It was one M10 at a time like I said.

No, it didn't repair inbetween.
It didn't have good luck, the M10 hit it every time, the P4 hit the M10s back everytime.
Yet it still beat 2 M10s one after another(including one vet 2) after running over 2 mines.

Then they must have bounced. Seriously. I've lost pivs to m10s due to shitty luck. 2 misses and the m10 penetrating every shot will kill it. Show me the replay then.

dude it was bullshit, the blitz p4s were insane that game and singlehandedly cost us the game.
my only loss as americans are from those p4s
a engine damaged (1 mine) long barrel + heat round p4 fought off two m10s, to its defense they arrived solitary but still.. it was just stupid how much bomchaka it put out
good thing i mainly use m10s for crushing snipers
