Make the upgun a purchasable upgrade for the right fuel cost.  The standard Churchill had it's cost lowered in the first place because it was so hopeless.

Its actually a completely different model, so it would be like unlocking a new tank.

It should be at least sherman price and 12 pop, probably more cause the churchill with 75mm is significantly better.

Which would again make it unsuitable to being used over other tanks again.

The benefit of the Churchill is OK performance for a low price. Its really not much better than a STuG or STuH.

While I won't raise the population of the churchill, it needed a more balanced price seeing it really doesn't suck as much anymore.  p4/sherman fuel cost with less pop is still highly acceptable.
