Very simple issue.
HEAT - 25% more damage 15% more pen on all tanks
German steel - 25% more health 15% less inc. pen on all tanks
Any Repair T4 - 1.5 Free lives on almost all tanks and vehicles. and you can move or shoot or both at 50%

notice the difference?

I propose reducing the uses of onboard/all the others to 1 and allowing the special move/shoot to affect the regular crew repair.
your tank simply gets a 90% risky pop-cap eating health boost, and its original boost gets reduced risk.

Obm is just repair on the move. it does not shot repair on the move. it is bad enough don't need to nerf it more i think.

50% move and 50% shoot

and of all things it applies to Hetzers marders and jagdpanthers? fixed gun tanks?
I think that this was one of the most lol things in the mod.

But I see Salan is leaning towards my point of view on the issue

the other thing is that OBM or the others is like a guaranteed Keep my vet option since you run away to your spawn while repairing.

Also killing repairing heavy tanks is almost impossible. While repairing Heavies need to have less armour.

Maybe reduce speed to 66% of max and no shooting or speed 33% and shoot 33%

No as in the tier 4s are perfectly fine so why are you trying to change it.

I just can't figure out how anyone would pick something other than 2 free lives for every tank if they were buying a tank T4.

Its only 1 free repair.

In addition, you are assuming you always get away to repair twice why?   What if my Heat rounds P4 wtfpwn your onboard sherman and destroy it in the first engagement?  What good are your free repairs now?
