not really...3 of their players had pershings, 2 at least had 2 in their company

i was running luft company which is light on at, had an 88 but never did have time to set it up in a good position, wittmann is playing PE and was doing very badly, getting used to pe if ur not used to have no static weapons etc.

Dnice got stuck on his side and was doing well while we tried to save the other. and then multiple pershings start popping up everywhere as well more inf and we just didn't have the at to combat such a spam.

I'm not sure what your point is. Panther beats a Pershing 1 on 1 and there is never a lack of those in a game. I think the axis were surprised to see a lot of allied armor. Normally the axis has all he armor.

Actually, Panther loses to a Pershing 1v1, unless it can kite with improved barrels and HEAT or similar.

Panther definitely does not beat Pershing 1v1. Pershing is a super panther for a reason.

My entire purpose in that game was to slow down Dnice, which I ended up doing purely by a stroke of luck. Its a miracle he got slowed down at all actualy, given how many times my rifles were caught offguard by mp40 volks, me managing to lose my sniper in a retarded way (forgot to check HOLD FIRE and sniped a volk) and getting my at call in killed by a single mp40 squad because I wasnt paying attention. I think it was unlucky for Dnice to hit that mine with the first KT - after that he couldnt get across fast enough to support the tank battle on the east side of the map.

Honestly, a panther doesnt beat a pershing 1 on 1, unless it is supported by a spotter and has a clear line of escape. If a pershing has a spotter, the pershing has the upper hand again. Panthers usualy use superior speed to rush in and finish off near death pershings, but thats fair.

my point is u guys went armour heavy vs only 3 panther all of which used there repair so in that fact there are 6 panthers that where used by means of survival. same goes for ur pershings. how many where there, and like people say u need at least 2 panthers to kill a pershing and in the battle it was 1 for 1 in panther vs pershing.

My first decent 4v4, I felt incredibly lucky to have these guys on my team.

Despite how it may sound to those reading this thread, it was a very close game with a whole lot of back and forth. The lowlight for me was when (4?) P IV flanked up through the forest to the east and thundered down the road killing everything they came across. Well, except for the pershings...

And yes, Flaming Bren Carriers for the win!

Well, I must be doing it wrong.

My Pershing tends to have little luck against panthers. I assume the panthers are also buffed by a doctrine choice, my Pershing has hvp or what ever that is.
I use my Pershings mostly for infantry control and use AT for the armor. If the Panther is low health, I will take it on. I have lost many Pershings to Panthers.

If you have HVAP pershings and you don't use them mainly for AT you are doing it wrong...
