Im siding with Tank on this one.   

Its actually quite easy to get the pps if people didnt constantly dodge/stack. 

Its not even that huge of an advantage either.  You still are limited to the same pool of resources.

That would be a waste of my time. I do not use pp. I saved to get an advantage. I did not save so everybody else could get it for less work then I put in.

In regards to the original post. Reinforcements have been re-Enabled. They cost 999 pp and are available to whom ever earns them.
I have played 168 games since the last reset. I believe that was on Aug 30. If so, that is 94 days ago. That means I average 1.79 ( or 2 ) games a day. I would not consider that spamming games.

So in conclusion, you all have the same opportunity as I have to earn your reinforcements.

There... Problem solved. That should in all fairness make everybody happy!!!!!!

if anything i say reimburse the PPs onto multiple accounts, that way people who earned them like tank and kwia could use the extra PPs and max out 2-3 other accounts.

No, Tank what I meant was that you would have no limit to the spam since you have basically an unlimited amount of PPs to spend oversupplying units.

If it wasnt intended for anyone to get them, then the PPs should be refunded and the ability to get them turned off completly.  Or give em to everyone.  Or just restart the effin war finally so someone like me might actually have the urge to play again.

It may have been an accident that they are available, but they are. You just have to earn them like myself and a couple of others have.

That's the depressing part about a reset, but oh well. This next comment is not aimed at you panzerman.

What I find frustrating is many of the people who are calling for a reset because the game is boring are these type of people:
1. Only play stacked games so they can build vet.
2. Don't care if they win, as long as they get vet.
3. Will let there teammates take heavy loses rather than sacrifice their vet.

Then they find no one will play them anymore and they get bored, call for a reset, and start all over again.

Actually Lai I disagree.

When I look at the leaderboard I see worst w/l then what used to exist, yes, but I also see most of the top20 in each faction running maybe 1 or 2 different builds... recon/zeal/arty (before rca was accidentally nerfed), ab or pershings, ferocity/zeal, defensive luft (lots of butterflys, many g43's) and of course rape jagds.

it's said hardly anyone uses RSE, infantry, defensive (omni rapes)...but with the doctrine rework i guess this is moot.
