Just a thought. How about "Cooked Grenades" as a doctrine ability for mm, let's say infantry. Basically they'd be a normal grenade that has a slightly longer wind-up time but will explode on impact. Its not ground breaking but would be a lot better for infantry than smoke nades imo Cheesy

Dafuq man, don't ask for proof if you'll refuse it if it's not in your favor, logic fallacy for the bloody win.

a T3! LOL

it be easy to tell if someone gonna throw a cooked nade, i think of it as it takes 3 seconds to throw the nade like a satchel, by then either you've already killed most of the squad to get in range, or you can just dodge it, its extremely easy to dogde a normal grenade, i can only imagine a grenade that takes 3 seconds on the men to throw it.

Plus its a cool addition to an infantry company, its definitely not a T3. and only tested it might be moved to T2. but its not a T3.

well waiting a whole 3 seconds is a lot. I figure to make it not so hard to get off, maybe you can have it wind up while moving, you just have that one guy in your squad not be able to throw a nade.

If you wanted to make it a T2 ability rather than T1, you could just get rid of the timer. Period. Don't mess with the windup. It's a little less realistic, but then, just imagine he already pulled the pin because he knew you'd tell him to throw the grenade Tongue. That would be a respectable and not overpowered T2 I think.

he could also get it if he vets up...

edit:
but he doesnt need this. the vetted rifleman with his rocket propelled sticky together with his gravity changing BARs are already good enough.

I like it. It's unique and puts normal nades on par with something like the bundled nade.

sounds to me like a good infantry co. T2 instead of concussion nades.

You guys do realise that by increasing the winded up before the grenade is thrown negates the shortened timer right?

Yea i thought about that later but yea, i think it's a good ability to throw out there. Make it  50 mu and it's a on impact nade, it'll be just like the AT nade for PE. If it gets too powerful, make it on par damage wise with the Wehr nade and it should be fine but i dont think that'll be a problem.

Not a problem for you maybe, but there is no way to increase the animation times.
