Two's such a traitor.  I wouldn't say he's really 'dissing' EIR, he just seems to prefer OMG now, good for him. Anyway, as mentioned, there's not going to be any official PR blitz until the new big update. But of course you're more than welcome to do some advertising on your own  |

Two is a whiny lil punk who can't stand when he doesn't get his way and i'm sure in OMG they cater to his ego by "listening" to all his whinings about the game, tbh, i dont care, he can trash us all he likes, they aren't making money from this and in a way, he's advertising for us cuz then people want to look up what EIR is and find out themselves, so thanks two

I just kinda feel that because OMG keeps on doing PR even though their game is in the development state, they are getting the player base that we should have anyways because we are waiting for the doctrine rework.
When they get people like cadmus who pumps out a shoutcast a week, the player base willing to stick with a persistance mod are just gonna get set in their ways at OMG and not switch or try both when we finally do get around to PR.

ATM, there's no point in doing all of that, although, i'm sure there's something we can do. I'd pop up a shout cast a week if i knew what type of software was needed for it. |

When my 2nd gfx card comes in tomorrow ill try my hand at shoutcasting again. It will look really nice.
afaik tym, all you need is to record your mic and xfire recording. it encodes on the xfire server to a small file size, and you can do it with you want from there.
