The vickers MG nest costs 3 pop in the launcher and 3 pop to call in, however once on the field it costs a further 2 pop to build for a total of 5 pop.

I don't believe this was intended?

In addition, RCA supercharge is not working for the 25 pounder.

fixing this would be greatly appreciate, both are pretty major issues that greatly effect the effectiveness of said units.

It's pretty tiresome how emplacement & artillery trucks work atm. Its enormously annoying how you are cockblocked from callin more stuff in even if you have the pop, because you have a 88 truck pending construction on the field, or a howitzer.

It needs to be fixed for british emplacements too which are unpopular to begin with.

I was thinking they could make the trucks 0 pop, but then you have the problem of inflating your possible pop cheat stuff.

Okay, so i understand it about the howitzer and 88 trucks, but i dont understand that about the emplacements, you need 2 pop to put it down, why? When u bring it on  the bulider is 3 pop and when it's done it's still 3 pop, t here's no way to exploit it, same with the mortar and 17 and 25's.

actually i dont think 25's suffer from this issue, i think they're 0 pop to build.

The way trucks and pop work isn't an oversight, at the time it was the only way to prevent people from cheating population.

As for the vickers mg nest pop bug, yea that's an oversight :p
I put it on the imaginary belgian fix list, hence why Bob probably never got the memo.

Now I have no real understanding of how the whole pop thing works, but what about this.

Instead of having the 88/howie come out via truck have it come out with guys like the british stuff. have 2 guys come out, each guy is worth 3 pop, when they finish building they get on the gun. though whats the pop for howie and 88? are they both 9?

Never said i was liking that either. A bren carrier should drag the guns to the set up spot, the crew hops out to set up the gun, imo.

The inability to call-in new units while the truck is on the field is old scar code, I think only eirrmod knows how to remove it.

I can replace the truck with a bren carrier/HT or whatever with similar stats and the full pop cost easilly enough.

The MG nest bug will be fixed next patch.   Did you guys notice any other pop bugs?
