Well if someone changes piats to have collision with buildings and hedges like the StuH does i won't bitch about not being able to get rid of them.
Man, if only they changed the grenadier to having 6 men and 55 health per man, I'd be perfectly fine with there being volksgrenadiers in the game!

Yeah but seeing hedges getting crushed isn't the same as revealing your Pak by shooting 5 times for every piece of hedge you want dead.
*looks into the fog of war* Oh noes those hedges are being run over like paper. must be an axis heavy tank. its the same thing man come on Its not the same thing at all, a pak is good only because the enemy doesn't know where it is and will most always be hit by it before he knows where it is. A heavy tank is good because it does good dmg and can take a lot of punishment. Knowing where a heavy tank is doesn't let you just up and kill it. Knowing where a pak is does though since you can now flank it without worrying about it hitting you. You're forgetting that the enemy can't see a pak through the FoW unless the pak is actually shooting the enemy. If the pak is shooting a hedge then the enemy can hear a pak shooting but they can't really track down where it is exactly, unless you put your pak in the middle of a road and there's a little floating island of green cover on it.

So i sit there and shoot a hedge. You being an intelligent allied player say "Hey a pak shooting a hedge, now that i know where it is and that its shooting the ground, I'll go kill it." Your T17/Stag/M8 rolls in butchers the crew and drives away shreks be damned (if your not in an M8) and butchers and local infantry in the process.
I agree shooting hedges with paks is a good proposition. Same for ATGs for that matter, except i can't get close to your rifle in the area because stickies will cripple my tank or you could button anything i try to rush it with. Or it dies in 2 hits from some other AT source in the area.

Most Allies use AT guns to break hedges too. I think your problem is with the Stag/T17.

agreed mostly everyone starts out with an ATG,PAK. so it isnt a secret. basically who cares if allied team sees hedges been shot down. half the time some person has recon. and basically if a player is dumb enough to charge his stag/t17 into unknown territory to try and find that pak gun than its his own fault. and if you cant handle that. your call'ins are obviously not working for you.

To be fair, using the argument 'Allies have bulldozers' would only really work if ANYONE actually bothered with bulldozers..

Allies don't need to break hedges though, hedges favor the allies no? Since you can sticky and piat right through them. How bout making the stuh fire through them as well since its shell is supposed to be on an arc as well.

True, you can PIAT and Sticky through hedges but sometimes you wanna shoot with your ATG too.
