0.7.9 Changes

General Changes
*Airborne Doctrine Implemented.
*Terror Doctrine Implemented.
*Smoke weapons can no longer crit kill units.
*All K98 rifle variants have been modified to receive a larger bonus from cooldown modifiers(eg, munitions HT).


US
*Jeep fuel cost increased by 5.
*76mm Sherman splash damage reduced.
*57mm Semi-auto exploit fixed.
*Howitzers can now retreat.
*Infantry Artillery Saturation now have smoke warning.
*Armor Pershings HE Shells replaced by AVRE shot on Cooldown(180s).
*Armor HE Shells removed from 76mm Shermans.
*Armor Battlefield Improvements no longer affect the T17.
*Armor Calling It In no longer stack.
*Armor Field Repairs now work as intended(see 7.8a patch notes).

British
*British support weapons can now capture territory.
*Engineers Ablative Armor bonus HP decay has been removed.
*Staghound main gun damage bonus vs various PE vehicles have been removed.
*Engineers Expert Engineers should now give the extra repair.

Wehrmacht
*Panzer IV fuel cost decreased by 10.
*Motorcycle fuel cost increased by 5.
*Blitz Panzer Smoke moved to T1.
*Blitz Precision Strike moved to T2 and have been modified.
*Blitz Assault Grenades fixed.
*Pumas no longer receive range bonus from vet.


Panzer Elite
*Hummel Price reduced to 480 MP, 360 F(From 515 MP, 390 F).
*Fallschirmjager now have grenadier K98 by default.
*Scorched Earth Opening Barrage replaced by Napalm Strike.
*Scorched Earth Incendiary Assault fixed.
*Scorched Earth Incendiary Hummel barrage now only fires 5 shots with halved burn duration, impact damage increased to compensate.
*Firecracker mines should now pin infantry.
*Armored Cars friendly fire damage reduced, they should now commit fratricide less often.
*Wirblewind gun no longer deflect off of garrisoned infantry.
*Bergetiger Fixed.





Blackout doesn't work yet btw.

No zeal, no German Steel, yet there is a T2 for 20% more RR AND ATG penetration. Needs to be looked at if you ask me.

1) Just because allied stuff is broken does not mean they should break axis shit too.  They should fix the allied stuff.  They did a good job on armor, and I'm sure next patch will include several much needed nerfs to both Infantry Doc and Scorched Earth...

2) Will the silenced sniper thing make him uncloakable or can he still cloak?

3) I don't quite understand the hit and run, can you explain that further?

4) Removing exhaustion seems like a bad idea...as does giving AB even further durability...as does giving MG's cloak...



Good to see 2 more docs and another patch out though, thanks for the hard work devs.

AB mine spam, with the AB dropping and survivableness, you are gonna get mines EVERYWHERE and after you are weakened fireup rushes at your ass.

as far as i can see the upgunned sherman has the same splash as the non upgunned now
thats almost no nerf
the upgun should be more expensive or reduce the sherman splash to less then nonupgunned
there is nor drawback getting upgunned shermans they still rape infantry and PIVs

and i don't understand much of the new doctrine abilities

like:

-pervitin pills...infantry get 15 hp removed every use? (per squad or per squad member) isn't that a bit crap for a T4?
- terror of stalingrad...what is the kommando karabiner?
-terror assault...is that different to blitz assault?
-fearless...does that mean infantry move like cloaked storms when under supression but without being cloaked?
- lmg42 can move and fire....whats the accuracy penalty for fireing on the move?
- heavy support-mg42 gains focus fire....is it on cooldown? how long and how long is the ability active? remains it active when swiching windows in buildings or entering/leaqving buildings?

there are many more i don't rely can imagine how it works

-Pervitin pills is balanced

-Read the description
-Different, read the descriptions
-walking is faster then crawling
-0.5 cooldown 1.5
-If it's active it remains active until time is up(20 seconds?)
