I was playing against ab the other day, left my stuH alone for 2 min, saw it was under attack rushed back and saw nothing, i then saw it had 45 infantry kills.

Blobbing is an issue?

i ran my stuh with lighning war spawn buff over a road close to spawn right into an AB blob. stuh instadied and ran over 6 guys. how awesome.

and i have some idea EIR nerfed the stuh damage. in vcoh i saw 1 stuh bullet down an AB squad to like 20% hp (it was basic spread out in the open).
In eir i never saw that happen. i still like stuhs though, just wondering if it was nerfed.

It's the leophone nerf, whatever faction you play is automatically underpowered.

Leo kinda has a point, a while ago I was running around with a vet 2 StuH and really was only good for taking out weapon teams and people in buildings but even that required multiple shots. While back in the day when your whermacht buddy dropped on vCOH all the computer would  spam was paks and StuHs and win due to the awesome AI of the StuH...doesn't really seem to have that umph anymore....especially against elite units. Having said all that it's probable that the nerf was intended to make it fits its role as a .... urban assault gun?Huh

i checked the stats and even the target_table, but the stats are the same.

Stuhs were nerfed at one point in CoH too.  They used to be super rape before their projectile was changed to the mini howitzer round.

Blobs are weak sauce these days.  In old EIR we had raid assault AB with +50% damage and +50% hp, and you could have 30 AB in a company.

You had to use multiple layered defenses with MG42 behind each other supported with flamers and other assault troops to defeat those.

Nowadays anyone can just bring out a couple of pumas and rape airborne all day.

i just hate it when i once again fail to beat the fucking ab blob.
1st use my micro intensive keep it moving ability on my stuh to get my volks running,
next, i use my micro intensive smoke barrage to  give the  volks cover and move close to the ab blob  (mp40s)
and finally i see my stuh get killed by rrs and my volks just die without doing any dmg.

and if  they the AB do get damage they have their uber AB medic. the one who came up with that ability has to be an AB player. about uber medic, why not give the AB medic an ubercharge ability that will make one ab squad invulnerable and have 100% chanse to do crit(engine destroyed yay) at least it will stop the player from blobbing.

Raid Assault made you start with bunkers. Jeeps made you start with a pak. The difference should be obvious...

yeah, i noted that too. STUHs do 0 dmg to units in buildings. they only destroy the buildings.

when they fireup they run either back or forward. if they run back there is heavy weapon support covering them, if they run forward they kill everything so the exhaustion wont matter because there is nothing...
