Just started a new company. Opponent team rank is consistently rank 7 and above. (my team is rank 2-3)
In the case of winning:
At rank 1: XP gained: 40, PP gained 15
At rank 2: XP gained: 36, PP gained 13
Why is the PP gain so low?

Basically XP/PP values are NOT increased if the opponent is of higher rank.
However, they are REDUCED when you are of higher rank.
Which means for new accounts, by the time you get to rank 5, you are only getting 7 PP per game. At rank 8, 1 PP per game??? WHich is nuts?
This still makes a helluva grind. Can we get the if-the-opponent-is-higher-rank-you-get-more-PP-XP back?

The PP rate is completely out of proportion compared to the Exp rate. You'll gain tons of levels, but you'll just not be able to BUY ANYTHING with the paultry PP gains.

Should just remove vet costing SP tbh. I couldnt give a shit about my doctrine, but its fucking annoying when i cant buy vet everytime i get it due to lack of pps.

Same is to everyone. PP- should however be earned much easyer. Am lvl 7 as WH, and i cant buy my KCH any vet since i dont have any pp. And if i use pp for Vet, and vet 3 is much more expensive, than i cry all night when they manage to die    And more often you see ppl withdrawing their vet troops more-less capable of still fighting, only because for they know it is to hard gain.  |

It helps remind people why slow is good sometimes.

The problem is NOT that when at the begin of the war, it takes everyone a lot of time to lvl up. the problem is that people who play lots of games get their upgrades much earlier. also new guys who join the war while it was already started get raped by high levels. there is nothing wrong with having low lvl accounts playing against eachother. (its actually more fun most of the times)
People who join the war in a later stage should get more pp per game so they can catch up.
also, every time a player plays a game (with whichever account) he will pay a small PP tax that will go to a general bank(separate banks for axis and allies). every week the banks will release the taxes it gained and spread all the PP evenly over all the main accounts linked to the warmap.
this system could go even more deeply, making the bank give interest over the PP inside it, and having the players decide when to release the cash.
players can also pay PP to gain XP and level up.

There's already an alternate system coming up that does away with PP/XP as we know it.
Just that between then and now, we need more PP gain else the grind is insane for new companies.

Bull, when everything is free and available from teh start its great, you say "but we lost all our players last time it happened", bull-fuckin-shit you lost all those players cos a patch hadnt been out for over 3 months. I fucking hate the grind, i just wana just make new companies and fuck around with combos. |

the grind is fine. just dont get a lot of vet. I'm level 4 I think on my AB accounts and i've been able to buy everything i've wanted albeit sometimes a little bit later but still there's a choice, that's why the PP--> SP System is there, to make a choice whether to use your pp on doc abilities or to have vet, it's a choice, you're not supposed to have enough to have both. I bought one SP pack in my AB and i'm not planning on getting another for a while because I want the dob abilities, i went for 4-5 games with a guy stuck at vet 1 going ot vet 2 in my def account cuz i wanted to hold onto my pp rather than spend them on sp.
The grind is fine, you level up faster and you have to choose how to use your PP, there's a strategy involved, i think i'ts just fine, there's been so many new accounts created lately that get leveled up fast. Be grateful for freaks sake you ingrates.

We already said we will be removing the grind entirely in the next major update.
For now, this is hardly a serious grind compared to our old one :p
