-Infantry maul tanks

WTF on the stupid ass mines....

I don't know wtf to do if you are all running the latest version.  They have the exact same internals as the M8 mine which works fine.  In addition, I place mines last night on one of my PCs with both Axis and Allies and ran over them with Jeeps and Motobikes and each time they exploded....

Maybe the detection radius is larger than the "trip" radius; I can see mines before my stuff runs over them.

Hmm.. I'll have to look, but I don't think so...  You don't have any doctrine ability do you that increases your stealth detection radius...

Maybe that is accidentally detecting mines...

I took part in that battel and was extremly .... sad ... after the v1 did ZERO damage to 15-20 infs just because they where retreating.... Also those Mines where Mine Sad.
And i think the range of the callicope is to high COMAPRED to the axis arty.

(Ps: Saw mod yesterday on youtube)

Edit: Shame on my retreating teammates Smiley.
Glory to the Tiger how served a shield for the engs before he retreated himself under howitzer and callicope and nebelwerfer fire.

Retreating troops get a big received accuracy bonus... :-/  vCOH...

We didn't adjust the range of the calliope from vCOH either...

Edit: I try to life with it...

(Anyone know if howitzer also do no dmg when they hit retreating inf?)

It'd happen in vCOH too...  It's a problem with the modifiers retreating infantry gain.

Thbt those mines were mine. I placed them there when I saw your tiger. Maybe they only explode when vehicles run over them.

Axis used massed grenadier strategy...thank god for that calliope.

Without it, we would have been run over; massed grenadiers is a strong counter to anything except fast artillery.

I put some mines on the road near my spawn, and some infantry just ran right over them.
