Yeah, Thats another thing I hated about the map, I saw 2 Spawn protected M10's take down a Vet 2 tiger in the middle of the map because it got rushed :/
I think thats a little broken, Although thats due to the system and not the map, but still "Sad"
Would make an awesome map if he cleared up these fun killer aspects to the map D:

It's not a problem with the system; it's a problem with the map.  If there were no spawn buff then spawn camping would be a large problem.  If spawn buff were made shorter then spawn camping could still happen to a certain extent.  As it is now it is still possible to spawn camp but it is not as easy and it will generally be a lot further from the spawn point.

The best solution i have heard on this is a spawn buff timer based on map size

I don't think Doghouse is that small of a map.  The only thing is that the map extends east and west while the spawns are north and south.  To top it off there is a red cover road that goes along the center.  The outside areas are pretty useless in the grand scheme of things so most of the action takes place in the center of the map, which results in those spawn buff nightmares.

That map is a bitch to play as PE, but i found a way to do it, just force your opponent to fight oin the flanks, at least as lufft it worked great just avoid the road and stay on flanks, but i still hate the map, with a passion!

And back to marders, U should never only have just 1 marder as AT, you will get owned its a simple fact.
vet 2 marders can snipe inf, but other than that keep em en rear, and move em constatly to go with the flow, the good thing with marders is:

1. Armor pool value + no MU cost except for repari, so that is great vs 50mm which is 110!!!!! and takes upp Veh pools which is almost every unit in pe except for Pnz is, wirble, Panth and hummel. 2 of those units are doc related, plus a third is basically not usefull unless its buffed by SE.

2. What spartan is saying is correct they are great vs Heavy tanks, all tanks in fact just make sure you cant be strafed then its just a big ass road block with a flacid dick.

For me, marders are one of those units i hate to fight vs if they're used well, but I hate to use them. Their pathing is just awful, but if kept in the back, they can keep armor at bay pretty nicely. At least in EIR you have more of a chance of getting teammate support, allowing you to protect the marders.

Might have to try Marders out again, Since I'm rolling with 3 50mm which is like 400~muni xD
If it doesn't work though, Will switch back to my trusty 50mm's  ^^

Marders are better AT than 50mms, tbh. However, they are harder to micro

jsut a tip to remeber when playing with them ^^

and the rest thats said above +1

Marders are better than panthers for *edit* some purposes, aka dealing anti-vehicle damage while their crappy infantry dies on the front. Two marders obliterate any allied tank faster than any panther.

Lock down on red cover, fire from max range. The red cover makes em rotate fast.

They are also just as good if not better against 'flies and churchills than panthers. Imo.

Problem is maps where you cant use their range or maneuver them.

maybe a bit exaggerated , but I've been sinking all my fuel into marders lately and I find they can really dominate..

with the recent price reduction I find them well worth their cost, and suciding one to kill a sherman is even cost effective

The price change has gone a long way to making them more viable. I like the way it's working right now it'll take some more time to see if it's too much

Marders are like a must have Luftwaffe, with the 50mm being shunned if you want your Fallshcrimjagers well armed. 110muns is almost 2 G43s/Rifle Grenades and not that far from 1 FG42.

Plus with Spotting teams, they get a total of +10 sight lockdown.

Btw guys, its OT

dont buy g43s for FSJ

currently the FSJ have the gren elite kar98

Which means, the g43 is inferior

its like paying 60 munitions for slow, and 3points less damage /shot

idiocy

The G43 is still better at close range with faster ROF I think.
