propaganda war is no longer on a use system. Instead it work via a cooldown timer. Don't know if this was intended as it was not on the list of changes.
However, it is now actually useful seeing as it does not kill anything, it needed to have a cooldown instead of a uses.

Wasn't it always useful, stripping away infantry AT support in face of an armor advance? Or just forcing a 5 minute retreat against 5 ranger squads (French Countryside)?
How long is the cooldown?
*devs, please; document all changes. Seriously; only Relic tries to hide their buffs/nerfs.
I wonder what type of change this will make...

The cooldown is 30 seconds. It's incredibly overpowered if this isn't changed.

its probably broken... i don't see why it would be on a 30 second timer intentionaly.. 3 terror players would own endlessly

and its actually a good thing
teach those allied players to keep their units together in invincible mobs while we axis can't (strafing run/howitzer/nades/satchels/bombing runs/calliopes/and other op allied shit that i can't think of)

Except that it's broken when it's only supposed to work twice, yet you can use it an infinite amount of times. Also, LOL @ Satchels breaking up infantry.

It's not, they get a set number of uses... That's the timer in vCOH also.

Bombing Run is only 15 seconds longer and I think we can both agree it's much more devastating.

You get 1 panzerfaust use. 2 Sabotage uses. 1 bombing run with the T3, 2 bombing runs with T4 Air Superiority.

5CP - Propaganda (gains the ability, 2 uses) 6CP - Sabotage (one random platoon - except the largest - from the opposition becomes undeployable) 16CP - V1 (Gains the ability, 1 use) 29CP - Subversion (All enemy platoons except the first take 100%, 50%, 33%, 25% longer to deploy, Propaganda uses increased to 4, Sabotage increased to 3 platoons)
