or you just make profile,to see what does it have(if you are lazy and dont wanna look through forums) and make company for fun,but no actually play it...because if there are majority of wehr,why always when I look in launcher,there is like 50% more of PE than wehr...

Timezones. I took a fast look at the SQL and I can tell you without doubt we have more "inactive" PE profiles than wher's atm.

Of all the blitz companies about half of them have games played, and of those Blitz companies they average an 80% win rate. (some broke even, some are undefeated, and only 3 have more losses then wins.)

Too bad we don't have skill ratings and such put into the game, then we could track for stomps and stuff to remove them from the statistics.

Stomping is subjective. and regardless an 80% win rate over ~20 companies is still a strong statistic. even if you drop 20% of the win rate it's still a big statistical discrepency. The sample size is small but coming up with every argument in the book doesn't change the statistical lean.
Had I said Blitz has a 20% win rate you wouldn't have said anything about stomps. Blitz is good. It needs some tweaking but all the doctrines do right know. Have you seen the RCA doctrine? Blitz has it nice.
