1. Is being removed
2. The grind & levelling system is being reworked (well not entirely, but most of it)...
3. Warmap will have some new features in regards to off-maps as well.

The barrage you're referring to is a T2, Rocket Artillery is a T3.

no, the barrage im referring to is Rocket arty. It comes down instant. I wish i'd saved the replay but it does, my teammate commented on it first when the first two came down then on the 3rd and 4th it was just exasperation. It was like smoke tick tick boom. and because it's such a wide area, forget about getting away. but anyway, no one seems to agree with me so i'll drop it til i have proof

Dafuq man, don't ask for proof if you'll refuse it if it's not in your favor, logic fallacy for the bloody win.

RA is lol. I had it on my Def company, and got rid of it near immediately it was so bad.
Drift, spread and call down time were all so bogus. The only thing it's good for is taking out support spam (rare to see as an Axis player) or repairing tanks (assuming it doesn't drift). Pretty crappy as a T3, almost as much as the Medic Bunker.

With the off-map costs greatly increased, I'd say all off-maps are fine, Henchel run could maybe use some tweaks.

Sharks are not monsters Henley, they are cute, cuddly and misunderstood. They love humans. sometimes they love TOO much. They love people so much that sometimes their kisses separate people into two flailing pieces which are consumed by other sharks in a frenzy of peace and joy.

I disagree with the henchel (i have lost a lot of tanks to it)

But its a freaking plane strafing my tanks with FUCKING ROCKETS...it should be scary tbh

Tbh, plane guns in ww2 were cannons that could hole a tank quite easily

Only the Ground Attack/Late-War ones. Good luck trying to puncture a tank with .303 MGs on a (Early) Spitfire or Hurricane, for example.

The 20mm on a 109 or Late-War Spit could probably do it if it got a good flat shot on the top armour of a light/medium tank, granted.

109 used a central mounted 37mm and 2 7.92mm; Hurricane IIc had 4 20mm, etc.

The HS 129 on the other hand had a 75mm semi-auto self loading cannon.

This ain't no sissy .50 cal; its a modified PaK 40.

Not to mention they could fire rounds like HE, AP, APHE (penetration of 5mm, then a detonation fucking brutal when the round is nestled in rigid armor) and more

Rocket Artillery is a random barrage. It does or it doesn't

like 80% of the time it does suck,I have seen it in like 30 games, and it rarely did ammount of dmg that allies off maps can make. it's rly nothing special. when you throw allied off map,it clears that part part of the field, usually nothing will be left there alive, when you throw rocket arty,ok,it comes down fast I admit that, but that is only good part of it.

If only that were true, allied off maps are not nearly as powerful as people like to make out.

Not after all the nerfs they got, no, but they're still pretty powerful, and much better than their Axis equivalents.

mainly because axis are much better at defense and ni those instances, allies need off maps to break thru.

its hard to off map storms unless it's strafing and falls yes i understand cuz they get spammed just like you see axis off maps try to get allied spam. Otherwise off maps are usually used on hmgs, paks, mortars and anything that sits still too long.
