Idk what you are expecting Ampm but no game in history provided that everything will be different in every game.
EIRR has bigger replay value right now then most of games, and with warmap it will be even bigger.
The logic behind what you say is so flawed.
MMO's are driven by increasing the "end game" continuously to keep people playing, they increase level cap, increase the power of gear as you get higher and introduce new content (raids, zones, etc) to keep people playing. Most people do not play their toon for 3 months, delete it, and start again.
Single player games usually see 1-2 play throughs, thats about it.
vCoH is boring as shit, the only part that is fun is the competition, and only if you care about leaderboards. How often do you play vCoH every week? Even in vCoH they have added 2 expansions with new campaigns to keep people interested and playing the game.
For EIRR to maintain replay, it needs to constantly be adding something new to the game, whether these be t5 doctrines, more unit unlocks, or something else that allows for new experiences (not just "oh hey, its Puma spam, haven't seen that in a while") such as additions to the warmap or new factions.
For EIRR you can see an example of this any time there is a major patch or doctrine release, people come back, play a few games, get bored, and leave again.

this is because we don't have war going on. Back before when there was war even without map people were constantly playing because it's just fun, and no one was waiting impatiently for patches or new content. Currently we don't have that war.

I think the thread has run it's course, and in MHO achieved what it was meant to do. I find the general feeling of most of the posts in the last couple of days to be very respectful.

well there is no doupt that people that play the mod appreciate it for if they didnt they would probobly not bother to play it in the first place.
well sure there are alot of people that talk shit on the forum but if they really would want some good and clean complaints about balicing they could allways go on vent (even though they should not need to) and ask around 10 people about what they think they should think about changing.

Derp just read this. and L0L a community run mod that accepts only a choice of people for the dev team??. the Tank may complain about how he doesnt have time for certain stuff but yet when someone offers to help he refuses it. i cant tell you how many times i have offered to do something as simple as push a button for him and hes denied it. So we should totally start with up again for curiosity sake.

it took me 6 months to get on the dev team after my intial answer...you gotta show that you can do what you say you want to do. tank is a good manager, if he is denying you something, tbh i trust him to make the correct call.

Hmm I understand his concerns but I guess if he can talk on the phone and want to gift a computer why not just give me the chance. Just like computer991 he said he could do Luna and some scar but as far as I know he was never given the chance. Beggers can't be choosers. The dev team has my respect for time out in so let me try to give them a bit more time off.
