[US] Hellcat HVAP

Any chance we can get a check on if HVAP is working properly for Hellcats?

An ambush HVAP Hellcat round has a 140% chance to penetrate a PIV from the front at long range.

I've been getting a few rounds bounce off PIV's from long range while I have HVAP.

Odd, my Hellcat spam company seems to be doing alright actually.

so, the added 1.4 speed now has everyone using hellcats over m-10s despite the penetration difference?

Also, I've been using them before this update hit.

More importantly, can we have confirmation on whether HVAP is linked properly and working as intended?
