Is there any way to bind the AP rounds to the gun itself and not the crew? I'm sure plenty of people find it annoying to spend 40 or so munitions for AP rounds, set up the gun, and then immediately lose two of the crew members due to precision strike/mortars etc etc and never get to use the AP rounds afterwards, a nice healthy amount of munitions wasted within seconds of the game starting.


Does this also happen for the Paks also? As in they lose their ability to camo if recrewed?

Nope, Paks dont lose it , 6 pdrs dont lose their camo ability but you can lose ap rounds which u gotta pay for

ive never understood this, all they have to do is make two separate ATGs with different muni costs, buttt the new atg would end up having infinite AP uses, so it wouldnt quite work. You'd have to push up the price for an AP ATG though with unlimited AP rounds.

and just incase someone says paks should be able to cloak when us or cw troops have them, imagine if captured 57s had AP rounds!

Sell your paks and bumrush enemies to steal a massive ammount of 57mms. Allies always have plenty of them so that they can spare few for Volks to crew. Watch allies rage at AP rounded 57mms raping there shit

Can you just make 70s atg available to anyone?
Like US M5 76mm.
Atgs sometimes ruin the fun using tanks.

Im sorry rifle, i just couldnt help my self ^^

If you feel that the atgs are runing your day get indirect fire units or a sniper and take em out, OR smoke + inf on flanks and tank in middle almost never fails ^^

^^AP ability is tied to the gun not the crew.

ie: you can lose the crew, recrew and still have the AP rounds available to use.

That's a stupid counter-argument.

AP rounds are lost too easily, it's always a gamble to keep your AP rounds or lose it's effectiveness. If Paks regain camo when recrewed then why shouldn't 57mm? That's the way it is in vCoH and recrewing should be encouraged.

No, it only has 2 and asoon as you spent those 2 AP rounds its over and nomatter how many times you recrew they wont come back.

They do,

For how i have used it when playing OMG you get 2 AP rounds on an atgun and when those 2 uses are used up there are no more, you can recrew it if you had 1 apround ability unused and then when it is used but hey i might be wrong sence i havent played for 1 week now.
