Since no replies are allowed in the other thread, I figured I'd post here as well for any c&c

Plant Feet - Would work in the exact same way as Hulldown. Takes a while to set up, and you can't just get out of it, it's on a cooldown.

Support Awareness - Is an offmap on uses: 1 free, 3 max

Rapid Fire - Is an OFFMAP on uses: 1 free, 2 max

King & Country is the same

1: There is no sapper flamethrower.

2: PIAT sappers can move in cloak? Are they stormies now?

3: Explosives package for sappers is rubbish, you should replace or move it.

4: Hobart's Funnies,
+10 detection is too much.

5: Defenders of Dunkirk,
These buffs need to be for H/G/T cover or at least L cover.

You're so dumb.

1. Hence why I proposed an alternate?

2. No. Why don't you read the description properly?

3. I think it's good actually, and I use it, and get use out of it.

4. You realise it's only on tanks, and only with the commander?

5. ALL COVER. READ.

2: What description? "Can move in cloak, must be in cover to uncloak".

4: So tanks should be able to spot snipers from miles away?

5: Yes, that's what so bad about it. Buffs like these usually have cover bound to them so that players utilize cover instead of running a huge blob on a road and get buffs for it. You don't see a problem with this? It's also a friggin T2. Defenders of Dunkirk works only in cover in current RE so it makes no sense to change it.

Exactly. That includes being in cover in order to fire, unless detected, in which case they will most likely die anyway.

Yes, 10 range is miles Roll Eyes

Do you not get what all cover means?
It means L/H/G/T. Because these are forms of cover. Therefore, when in those types of cover, they receive that buff.

Churchil that fires 50% faster...stack in a CCT and you get what...65% faster firing. Ostwind churchills for 180 fuel!

Honestly, moving button? I can see a problem or two with it. Isn't Button already the most overpowered ability right besides Stickybomb?

None of the Hand held AT weapons can fire and move, a t2 for such?

17Pdr that can move as fast as a 57mm? Reaaally? Add in Rapid Fire and APDS- good night every Axis armor on field.

Move and Repair in 50% speed? Armor needs 2x Tier 3s to get that Field Repair like thing. Why the heck would Brits get all of it for tier 3?

Dun like it.

As an ex combat engineer.... wish US engineers had more loving. EIRR really took away any use for them. And such a fragile unit

Actually all cover includes bad cover and what you call "no cover" which is basically flat ground. If it's L/H/G/T that you mean then you have to write that, just like with all the other doctrines.

Thank you for a constructive post Speedy. Now.

Where is the 50% faster fire rate? I'm pretty sure it's 25%

And button buff is only really useful at max range when you can close in so they cannot back away.

And yes, but they are PIAT's, and as such quite unreliable. Maybe that needs tweaking.

Let me clarify. That is an offmap, as are the other unlocks in that row. I didn't put a timer on it because I don't know the standard time for such an offmap, such as Blitzkreig, although I would hazard a guess at it being 30 seconds, with a 180s recharge or something.

And well, meh, maybe that is a tad much. Perhaps the firing speed should only be 25%, speed is okay at 50%, maybe 40%.

Pony - I assumed basic intelligence would inform you otherwise.

Overclocked is pretty OP compared to the other two.

I mean movement speed is the only weakness the 17 pdr and Churchill has.

Pony - I assumed basic intelligence would inform you otherwise.

There are 6 types of cover: Negative, Normal, Light, Heavy, Garrison and Trench. Some cover is omni-directional. This includes all negative and normal cover, along with craters (LC) and garrison cover. Heavy cover is directional. This means that just because the green shield shows up above your men they are not necessarily in cover. They must be behind the wreck/wall for them to get the bonus. Negative cover is bad for you, and good for the enemy. You don't want to be in it, and you want your enemy to be in it. Normal cover is plentiful, and it is general land. It doesn't cause any penalties, but it doesn't give any bonuses either. Light cover provides temporary protection from light arms.

Thank you for a decent post Pony!

And perhaps. 50% is rather a lot. But to get that, you're sacrificing both Hulldown & Combat Engineering, both of which give pretty impressive buffs.

Whats the point of the VI if with the T4 you can get the exact same thing for less.

Oh and BTW they said they have plans on removing the crappy IV so I reccomend you replace him or remove him.

Don't know. I don't know why I put IV there Huh

And well I was struggling for a place to put it anyway, I threw it there for lack of anywhere else, so easy to remove.

I dont know why im bothering replying to this inherently obvious troll thread.

Desert Rats T1? no
Mobile Reconnissance T1? no
17 Pounder Cloak in cover and gains 6 pounder movement speed!?!??! NO
Churchills move 50% FASTER !? NO
Brens can button on the move?!? NO
PIAT sappers fire on the move as a T2? NO!
Trench clears gain an extra Flame thrower as T3? NO
Defenders of Dunkirk is a T3
PLANT FEET!?!? NO
RAPID FIRE? NO

Frankly i dont know how you can even implement the sapper move cloak in cover, doesnt even seem viable as a T3, where you gonna move? two feet? no.

Thank you for your constructive criticism & ideas of alterations & improvements.

Also, I don't think you actually read, nor understood half of the abilities properly. You are aware Rapid Fire is an offmap? And actually DoD is a T2...

It's also only 30% faster now.

And no, they can move in cloak, they don't have to be in cover to move, but to ambush out of it they must be in cover.

Go away then? :L

It's a draft off the top of my head, it's highly unlikely it would ever be implemented, at the very least it prompts others to post and gives potential ideas to the devs. However, as usual, your wonderful negativity about everything you don't personally approve is very much welcomed Smiley
