There's more units in both factions than Sherman + rifles and P4 + grens, you know. The P4 is still superior in fighting rifles compared to the Sherman vs volks, and it has a better time charging down an ATG due to the P4s higher ROF(crew of ATG dies faster)
compare them to elite infantry,will P4 have easier time killing rangers/ab/mandos or Sherman KCH,storms etc.(I dont compare it now if 2 squads uncloack behind his ass and hit him) etc?

P4 has a MUCH easier time killing Rangers/Airborne than a sherman has Storms/KCH lol.
The P4 will snipe at least one guy each and every single shot, while firing faster.
The Sherman needs 2 shots to kill a either a Storm guy or a KCH guy(so, 8 shots to kill storm squad, 6 shots to kill KCH squad, while firing slower).
Oh, skirts do give 0.9 rec dmg against the upgun, but that is basically just enough to ward off one extra shot.
Far more importantly, they grant 0.75 rec dmg and 0.75 rec pen against handheld AT, which is fundamentally a 77% increase in the tank's survivability versus manpack AT - and it is, in fact, what you're basically paying for.

I rarely had impression that Sherman needs 8 shots to kill storms or KCH. While P4 needed only 6 to kill any allied squad.

Sherman needs 2 shots to kill each member from the storm or KCH squad, it's in the stats.

for i have my storm units with elite armor and they have been able to survive sherman shots and cromwell shots like a boss.

elite armor does nothing according vehicle guns only effects some small arms (not even all)

Because they have 90 HP and the gun only deals 87.5 damage.

It has its advantages (faster reload, skirts give it def bonuses, cheaper hmg) and its drawbacks (slower speed, weaker top hmg) but the pros outweigh the cons. The P4 is an awesome tank in the right hands and absolutely horrible in the wrong, much like with any vehicle.

Skirts are a double edged sword. They also increase incoming accuracy. The problem with the P4 is that it remains shit for its price. Always losing to an 76mm sherman or m10. In a vacuum its not a bad tank, but what it contributes to Wehr is not really worth the price.
