Fixed various Axis weapon damage modifiers vs panther_skirt armour: stats same as sherman armor with x0.9dmg skirt buff.
(except for penetration values of course)
sweeper squads should now hold a minesweeper
Squadgroups have now been fixed. doubleclicking on commando mgs will no longer select commando squads too. etc.
CW captains and lts have the same squadgroup.
