in both intros i could find the yellow red and blue stuff, that from my point of view should not be seen.

You mean the unit occlusion? There's no real way to get rid of that in CoH AFAIK.
Before the idea of shoutcasting even came up, I had begun working on a video to help promote Europe in Ruins.
Sadly before I was done my hardrive crashed and there was no way to recover it and lost all my work, and keep in mind I had been working on this for atleast three or four months. I hadn't uploaded the full version of it, but I was relying on either AmPM, 8thRifle, Malgoroth, or Lionel to still somewhere have it on their computer after I sent them a couple of rough drafts and all. Which, if you guys are reading, I'm hoping one of you might have a copy
Or my Grandfather, he might have one too.

FLICKR LOLHere's some tips I learned while recording.
1. The best way to not get unit occlussion is to view it from the enemies perspective.
IE: If you're recording a German HMG Team, record it from an Allied players view because the occlussion won't show up, and usually neither will the icon.
2. Create a shortcut of COH and add whatever you need to add to make it watch EiR replays, then add -dev at the end.
3. With -dev you can use Ctrl-Shift-~ to open the prompt and enter message_hide, which will get rid of the idiotic playback on the top and most of the messages.
4. Before recording the part that you want, get in the position, click play, and then hide the taskbar , and press control to hide your mouse. Record your taskbar and the clicking play.
5. Edit the beginning of clips so you cut out the taskbar with Freemaker or whatever video it's called. Save it in the same format as it was without any HD changes.
6. Add clips with badass music in Windows Movie Maker and save the wmv/avi file at 1080p.
7. Upload to Youtube for others to comment and critique.

9. Profit!
