yeah if RO2 wouldn't be out in 1.5 month i would have considered to buy BF2 because i really would like to play a shooter currently
forgotten hope is probably a really nice mod

Out tomorrow http://www.moddb.com/mods/forgotten-hope-2/news/road-to-forgotten-hope-24-part-3you can dl 2.4 already there forgotten hope is probably a really nice mod IMO it is the best game and not only mod out of all WW2 fpses concerning fun to realism ratio. I spent months playing 2.3 while RO i played maybe a week. |

I prefer project reality personally, FH felt a little too arcady IMO.
(And I'm generally not a big fan of the BF2 engine)

That's why i said it's perfect fun to realism ratio. Some of those 'ultra realistic' games are just boring to play. |

I loved to play FH 1 ...
My tanks got owned by the Flyboys-dive-bombers which made good use of their flightsticks and flight simulator skills.
They only used their mouse to get their pilot-char to the airfield ^^ wasting game time by arguing and fighting about who gets the next spawned airplane.
FH is just epic and I feel like buying a cheap copy of BF2

I got 8thrifle, jodo and mal to DL it too but they live in the US. this mod is not so popular over there so servers are rather empty at that time :/

also bf2 is ONLY cheap, you can get it and all of its expansions for only $20, or search on amazon and find it for under $7. if you manage to find it at a store you can find it for like $5 usually. well over here in the US at least.
but i am excited for this new FH, looks fun, but for me project reality all the way, nothing has ever been more intense or rewarding as a good game of that. even if i dont see action for 10 minutes.
though its true, sometimes you play a game and there is no action for you for like 15-20 minutes and you feel like "what am i doing?" like you just wasted 20 minutes of your real life playing a game where you were simply on patrol or look out for 20 minutes lol.

oh its not bf2 im worried about, its the mod, usually the mods, such as PR, have higher textures and just eat up a lot more resources than normal bf2. also i will want to play on a 64 person server as well  |

i remember two made me buy battlefield bad company 2, my comp couldnt handle it though so i spent £600 on a new one and played the game for about a week, lul.

someone plays bad company 2? I bought game to play it with friend and some of his friends,cuz they were playing it 24/7..and guess what,when I got game,they stopped playing  ,I literally played game for 30min since I got it few months ago  |
