International waters actually fall under UN jurisdiction, and as such - you can't torture people on prison ships.

Examples include various international crimes; a state which carries out or permits slavery, torture, genocide, war of aggression, or crimes against humanity is always violating customary international law.

Though the US never ratified the international criminal court treaty, so they actually can't be brought to justice if they did, lol.

See Unkn0wn.

Also, the UN is a largely worthless pile of bureaucratic crap.

Well there was always bound to be a reason the world has a burning dislike for the USA's foreign policy.

You know why stuff like the UN and Nato went to poop? Because the super-powers decided to turn back on their liberator past (WW2, actually Responding to cries of help instead of just invading randomly) and just veto everything they didn't think was perfect and optimal for themselves.

It's more than very likely that his intentions were to make it look like the work of muslims.

Sharks are not monsters Henley, they are cute, cuddly and misunderstood. They love humans. sometimes they love TOO much. They love people so much that sometimes their kisses separate people into two flailing pieces which are consumed by other sharks in a frenzy of peace and joy.
