That only applies to drinking at a bar, where they charge you a ton more than it's worth. Same beer from the market, $1.50 a bottle.

I can buy an "expensive" pint for about $4.00 if I want, or buy beer as cheap as .50 cents a can.

I hope the future will bring everyone wearing star trek-like tight fitting uniforms. Everyone will be slim, because they just magic the fat out of you. Everyone will have free pot medical pot and all governments will be one big fat fucking socialist monster! I wouldn't even care what was going on, I'd just be shooting up tricks with my phaser and smoking weed. If you think too much about the general human society you can't sleep at night, our population is way too huge and devote our time to retarded inbred stuff here on earth like a 30 year old man refusing to move out from his mom's. Interstellar exploration, baby. We need to parasite more worlds.

Ah, but if it's one society there is no competition. Multiple societies at war on the other hand will develop quite quickly.

Intrinsic motivation is a fail, people are far more motivated by outside forces.

Cooperation can happen with competition, see sports. Or just about any other facet of human society.

The majority of people will not work if it doesn't benefit them in some way.

Imagine EIR, if you never fought, and everyone had the same stuff. You units just stood there for 60min, and the game ended with a draw. How driven would you be to play?

They don't exist, without strife there is no need to advance.

Without need we humans get comfy and just stay where we are.

and as a rule cooperation only can exist when there is an obstical, or common threat

If strife is the only thing motivating people to cooperate, then please explain a mother and a father working together to raise a child.

Intrinsic motivation fails does it?

Survival of the child vs the world.

I personally feel less compelled to work ect. when I am mandated to. I think most people are the same way. I know people like me would be more productive in a different system.

There doesn't need to be a common threat, may just as well be because there is a common interest.

You might even say, avoiding a common threat is a common interest!

Which is still strife and overcoming an obstacle.

Even the most benign of things, like research into clean energy, is driven by the $, and the threat of no more fossil fuels.

If the world is so harsh then why have a child at all? They cooperate in the child's upbringing because they want to.

Are you suggesting that if the world was a giant friendly cushion then people wouldn't raise children together?

The world will never be a giant friendly cushion. You try to raise your child to have every advantage over other children, so that they will thrive. It's the survival of your own genetics, the driving force behind humanity.

The ideal of a perfect peaceful world lasts about as long as it takes for one person to say fuck this, get some guns, blow a up building, and shoot some kids.

Smokaz, although you have made a most well-worded statement.

You have completely and utterly missed the point of my post.

It's cool you don't have to tell me what I missed I'll just figure it out on my own through intrinsic motivation and hard, hard work to discover what you could easily point out to have a actual argument.
