factions dont have things for reasons. Giving them these things calls for more and more balance fixes.

Not needed

What about the M5 37mm cannon? Same idea as the TH Pak36.

Fixed. Pak36 is in TH, not Luft.

They should! I've yet to get it myself, but 2-3 of those grouped together would decimate even the the biggest of BAR blobs. LVs should also turn tail and run I think; Id need a look at the RGDs to make sure and on that note:

Can someone PM me the general stats for the pak36 in a coh-stats like format (not that extensive, just dmg, penetration and accuracy at all ranges, reload time, cooldown etc), Id like to just tinker with it and spit out a toned down ish version of it to have tested (schmidt, more work for you eh?). Tbh, itd work well with inf doc under infantry equiptment, and would give that T3 a bit more use then just spamming grease guns. Also more appeal for a bit of AT, since riflezooks are kinda meh without TR.

They don't hit infantry and neither are they supposed to. Last time they did that it was an ostwind gun and they were in the defensive doc. Now they are just LV killers with treadbreak (and they suck)

Why not give them the 37mm hotch/m8 weapon? Decent against inf and LVs, role fufilled, done Tongue.

Just did a mediocre test, best canidates would be the two hotch weapons.

Upgun seems a tad overdone vs armor, the standard one is kinda meh, but it gets the job done.

Both the regular and upgunned 37mm hotchkiss weapons are very plausible base starters for a new 37mm AT cannon weapon.

I don't want that. My 57mms do the job as good and cheaper.

This would be a lighter, cheaper AT cannon that would be much more mobile, and would be decent (if not devestating) vs infantry and light vehicles. Versus medium/heavy armor, you might want to field something else, but infantry blobs beware.
