Well he did not stait what buff he wanted to know about on the croc, he just asked for a All shermans and some buffs and that was all, he did not ask if the croc got the Aura buff but instead asked  "It says All shermans, and then some buffs, does that include crocs? or just sherman and jumbo"

Yes it seems to get both the -1 reload time and Aura buff if they work.

Is it irrelevant? There is a pause on the croc when it reloads. I use them and would like to see that reduced.

That is the cooldown. If you would like to see it reduced make a thread proposing that it is instead a say 20% reduction in cooldown or so for the croc on the T4.

The normal cooldown of the sherman croc is 1-2 seconds.

If you were to go through with a proposed buff the community will mostlikely revolt back becaues they think that would be a overbuff, seeing the croc alread gains +5 range and the inf aura. You might want to propose that since the vcoh patch we implemented added +5 range(i think it was vcoh patch) that the +5 range should be removed from the T4, and replaced by cooldown reduction.

Then post it in bug section. The RGDs are correct, its possible the linking is wrong.
