[CW] Churchill Croc Tank Shock

Churchill croc doesn't have MG so it cant use the current TS we have now.

Should give it old tank shock but keep current one on the VI.

Too bad son already has it but its broken :|

Better make a balance thread for it and a replacement as the T3 doesn't buff much without it.
