The ROF-in-cover bonus makes this guy REAL fun to use. Truly awesome, especially if he's next to a muni HT (IDK if it REALLY stacks, but my god it felt like it did)

yeah...this thing isn't OP. looks like this thing needs a nerf like the mando sniper got. just change it so it can't receive bonuses like the mando sniper can't get lt and captain bonuses and u dont get this crap

Nah, to be honest, it was against a bunch of heavy rifle companies and it was exceptionally well microed.  It isn't OP imo, he doesn't cloak and he is only 1 guy and when he dies, he's not coming back...its a reward unit.

ye its far to easy to counter snipe, if anythin it needs a recieved accuracy buff so things miss it more often. it's far to risky as a unit compared to its counterpart mando sniper, atleast mando sniper has 2 guys and better LOS

Also, the ability to get INTO halftracks. I know he cant SHOOT out of them, but wehr/US sniprs can, I'm assuming brit snipers can jump into a bren or trench if all else fails, and this guy has nothing :/

Brit sniper can jump into trench (which really isnt that much of a defense in EIRR compared to vCOH)

He used to be able to ride a bren, but that got removed because he became almost impossible to deal with.

I can't really imagine the luft sniper becoming less of a problem if he could ride infantry halftracks.

No what he needs is what has been pointed out several times for 2-3 weeks now, ever since implementation: Normal moving cloak OR heroic crits. I really wish the damn BT/SDT/RGD heroes would just say what they are going for so I could just forget about this obvious design weakness for a limited reward unit.

he doesnt need moving cloak, PE doesnt need a REAL sniper ffs.  This guy is enough of a compromise. If used well, like shown above, he rapes.  Otherwise, he's easily countered, like someone said, never more than like 10 kills...the guy is balanced.

derp it was stupid with ab sniper because he had it together WITH ab armor, moving cloak, and fire-up
