We removed the cache cost for upgrades at the moment, since it is not working and there would be no point.

Accel and turret turn speed.

The correct unit(will look like a henshel tiger) has the splash buff and the tankshock, which is missing.

it needs a unit swap in the launcher just like with defensive top T4.

Armor Doctrine, 1 zook upgrade shows the boys at rifles in game with the sound and also shoots zooks.  Not sure if its using two weapons or just a cosmetic thing or not..
