Because I'm random everynow adn then I decided to take it a shot at doctrines.


I made one for US Infantry. Check it out, see what you think of it and rub your forehead on the wall and make a better one!

Hmmm...Its interesting, But there are things I would change.  Ill Pm you my thoughts later on.

Sooooo, with the specialist infantry t4 the officer gets a thompson.  And if you get grease guns with the t3 which gives an extra GG then when you pick up weapons like a schrek or zook, the squad wont pick it up right?

There's a couple of points that I'd have to raise, but for the most part it seems interesting enough.

I'll go over it again when I've got a bit more spare time so I can elaborate on said points, but one of them which I remember was giving Triage's emplacement armour. That's like giving tanks elite criticals... It's really not worth the trade off at all, it's a bigger nerf than a buff.

I mean I know Obama was the first one in EiR to get a card. and tbfh the Race card is pretty OP. but Romney has the K.K.K., those guys seem to camo anywhere. So OP units from both sides.
At the end of the day, however, stormtroopers finally got the anal invasion with a cactus they have richly deserved for years.

dont exactly see point of deploying triage into a building,it just makes it easier for enemy to destroy,if it's behind building enemy cant shoot it.

It's much more resilient than a normal triage, and it can be garrisoned.

yea,but still it's easier to kill building with atg's or something,than to get behind it to kill normal triage.
but I do see it's value in some situations.

personally, i think the idea for upgrading a building fits falls pretty well and you can get rid of letting them have medkits.

in specialist infantry only non bar squads get 1 thompson. Grease guns... For em I didnt think of those all that much. However the FQ pTriage is optional. A garrison like healing...risk and reward

The devs always take a look at great ideas and use them where they can. The most important part of the equation you are missing is a complete doctrine, where all the abilities are not OP or UP (balanced), and have enough variety that not everyone is QQ that it is boring.

Posting a few great ideas does not mean those ideas will blend with the other great ideas and remain balanced. There are many "Great Ideas: thrown around the design team, but they would be scrapped because they are too OP or UP when combined with other "Great Ideas".

Do you see where I am going with this?

In this thread you have the opportunity to get the creative input of every community member and Dev member. With that input you should be able to create a perfect Doctrine. One that is balanced with every other doctrine and has the creative uniqueness that you all want.

You are unhappy with what our design team has created: so take this chance to show us what you want - COMPLETE. Anyone can just throw out ideas: making it work is going to be your struggle.
