Ok guys here it is.
Reward units are still being plugged in, but these are the current changes.
General
- Fixed an invisible object placed on every map center causing pathing issues. object is now passable.
- cleaned up all T1 intel abilities. added audio and visual notification to all of them
- If a player drops the AI will no longer activate his vehicle repairs in case they are low HP.
- added minesweeper vet
1 - 5xp - 0.85 rec. dmg
2 - 19xp - 0.8 rec. suppression
3 - 48xp - 1.1 hp, +1 sweeper (+5 detection)
- Added reward units:
US
- c15ta ambulance (halftrack which heals units inside)
- M5 76mm ATG (heavy ATG, pak40 like)
- M24 Chaffee (400hp 45 sight m8 with 75mm sherman gun)
CW
- M8 Scott (staghound without phase armor, PIV IST gun & m8 50cal)
- M15A1 Halftrack (quad ht with bofors + double sherman 50cal)
WM
- nashorn (mobile flak 88, reduced dmg, AI and ATG sniping reduced to match marder, nerfed&lower range gun when not in lockdown, lockdown takes 10s to activate)
PE
- wespe SPG (mobile artillery piece, fires 3 shot barrages, 140s cooldown)
- flakpanzer IV (super ostwind, can only fire in lockdown)
American
- AB Covered Operations:AB drops now drop red offmap smoke instead of green drop zone smoke
- AB Aerial Supremacy: AB Drop time -20s
- AB Secured Landing Zones: All AB deployments covered by large smoke screen; AB drift drastically reduced
- AB Night Raid: Enemy units +33% call in timers; +6 Population
- Updated US reward units and vet
Commonwealth
- fixed CW RE Intel T1
- 17pdr collision box removed to match other atgs
- trenches&25pdrs are no longer visible on the minimap if the enemy doesn't have sight on them
- vickers MMG SF fixed
Wehrmacht
- Added blackout. but it also disables the player's own minimap and abilities...
- tiger ace now gains abilities trough veterancy rather than launcher upgrades
- tiger ace vet req. increased: 60xp - 240xp - 600xp
- wm schimmwagen hp increased from 90 to 175 to match pe schimwagen
- wm schimmwagen camo detection reduced from 30 to 18 to match other bikes
- added side skirt critical graphics for stug iv
- fixed volksgrenadier propaganda tower having infinite uses
- reduced resistance of propaganda tower vs small arms
Panzer Elite
- jagdtiger can no longer "miss" units when the shell scatters into them, FOW scatter multiplied halved
- assault grenadiers now throw incinc. grenades instead of normal grenades when using incin. assault

EDIT: Wespe is listed under PE here, but WM gets it in launcher?

The Chaffee has my attention. Always liked the look of it tbh, and judging by it's weapon it should perform quite well as an advanced light tank.

allied reward units look very sexy.<3 chafee and scott. Fits my playstyles.
and 76mm atg sound like tank reapers without tank reapers <3
ambulance woo...get it for AB, dont waste PP on medic
so...hopefully weapon cache makes things more balanced, would love to see more even games.

Patch notes say Chaffee has 400 hp, RGD's say 350.
Also, looking at the Flakpanzer, it can spit out an 8 round burst in 2 seconds, more or less. Feel sorry for any infantry that dare get into close range.

sounds kinda fail unit.
