Why is it still in? It's been proven to be a failure.
In this crucial time in which an influx of new players have begun to join our mod the game has been further complicated by a useless variable.(And the sole purpose of this new variable has proven to be a failure in which balance companies have been nerfed and spam companies have seen no harm or damage done to them)
So I ask why is this system still in place? In it's current state it's shit... It needs to be reworked numbers need to be crunched in a virtual place where it won't fuck up the mod, Or better yet! Use the current tools we have and balance the game with those...That might sound far fetched but the game in this state is currently just fucked more so than it is with spam. I'd rather deal with spam companies over this shit,the irony of it all is I'm still dealing with spam companies and on top of this I'm dealing with the weapons cache.
Any thoughts guys? Does anyone want this system to stay? I think i speak for a very large portion of the community(If not all of it) when I say this system needs to go.
P.S In no way do I mean to come off as ungrateful for the hardwork the devs have put into this mod, I just believe this might of been a little rushed.

Its also a tad biased. You can stuff an equal amount of upgrades into each company, and then you now have a lot of leftover vanilla units. This would be all well and good if it weren't for the fact that the Americans NEED upgrades to get an edge over anything. Ergo, a WM account has 8 nilla grens left over vs a US account with an equal number of riflemen. Who do you think will win out assuming all the nilla infantry hits the field at the same time?

And you haven't even taken into account Blitzkrieg giving all thier grens elite armor, Im just waiting for the dev's to think the way to balance that out is to make you pay for it, making it a useless t4
Or facing Luft companies vanilla rifles vs vanilla luftwaffe infantry might seem fair, except they all have a single fg42. I prefict the devs balancing that by either adding a purchase cost on all single fg42's or making luft inf cost weapons cache.

This is an example of balance team fail. Check out this amazing concept....if the upgrade needs a second controlling resource make it manpower. Dual LMG Grens could cost both more Mu and MP than normal naked Grens. Same for BAR rifles and Assault and all that.
Amazing right, you would be avle to field FEWER but more powerful units. Completely nuts and balanced!

Nothing wrong with 6 storms tbh....tho if all 6 are shrecks then it's pretty lame.
My falls company has always been 10-12 falls + 2 falls TB, they're just the new mainline infantry replacing PG's. Granted, storms are much stronger, but they're no 4KCH.

I agree Computer, the cache doesn't stop anyone from spamming, it just punishes people overall. I consider balanced company to mean 3 paks, 3 mg, 2-3 mortar, 2-3 shrecks and a few varied tanks... with the cache this means I can't afford any grenades or lmgs or whatever... I just end up with piles of munitions because everything you buy costs points.
