It dose nothing, from what i saw it could not detect units in FOW and it could not detect storms next to it before it was blown to peices when emplaced ofcourse.

Did you use the lockdown that this Selection enables? It's not a passive buff, it gets a lockdown option.

ofcourse it was locked down but still even tough less than few meters away i still could not see them on the minimap or the radius is really really small.

It's worked in the past for me. I'd have to reactivate my company to test it. No changes were made to it though.
Next time you use it, grab the replay and Battle file and post it up so I can check. I'll test it out later tonight if I can get some games in

It works it just doesn't extend much beyond the cct's LOS so its really only good for detecting cloaked units. That being said as those units tend to be snipers storms and falls its sexy.

If that is true than i take the opinion that its the most useless T3 upgrade i know off around the same area as the bottom and middle T3 on allies Inf even for a free upgrade(and the faqt that its suppose to be 70 not 55 witch is still quite fucking useless). |

I was with Hants while he was using the detection CCT's. He found a pair of dual shreck storms sneaking over in the direction of my repairing Pershing.
Pair of Assault Engineers later saw 4 shrecks worth of munitions pasted and my Pershing saved.
Bloody worth it I say.

Wow, i cant believe you call something that stops storms ass raping your fire flies and other allied priority tanks useless. Not to mention the armies built around storm bundles. |

Well i got the bottom T4 to counter Storms for that but going trough a replay i was watching for me its quite the pointless T3 unlock sence i can have 70 sight CCTs if i have 2 vet 3 of them. Eh maybe i just need to get used to them for they aint no Funkwagons but i still think its quite lackluster. |
