Figured some people may be curious. Good news, yes? I'm impressed that an online petition actually seems to have made some impact.

Hackers attacked FBI and some of other American sites as a revenge for closing Megaupload.

I'd organise mass arson against corporate HQs if SOPA/PIPA passed. If the government doesn't have the backbone to stand up for it's people, then the people should do it themselves!

Or I might just change my facebook profile pic into something derogatory.

Depends on my mood that day.

I'm glad I don't live in America. If Sopa would have passed or if pipa passes I would probably dedicate my life to arson and bombing the major supporters of the laws.

Sooner or later I would get caught and then my life would be gg.

But since i live in Europe I can't really do any of that and whats more I can always hope that EU and the rest of the world sever its ties with the US and leave it alone like the retarded baby it is.

I would also like to add I watch fox news everyday all day and will continue to watch it while being proud of that fact. I'm sure you enjoy your communist news network just as much.

Same shit, different bill... lobbyists in the various industries will cry for a pass through congress, senators will rattle their sabres, the people of the internet rise up and make their voice heard, and then the bill is put on hold, waiting for the cycle to repeat itself once again.

Note to Americans: Keep it in your own fucking country.

So much for freedom of speech, censoring the internet!

Well Im hoping that if any law like that is passed, USA is cut off from the rest of the worlds internet and then a new infrastructure is built up in the rest of the world.

Then USA can have fun regulating themselves and finally turn into the authoritarean kleptocratic state it seems to want to be.

The difference is that European nations at least have a semblance of a democracy, where USA is just run by collectively by the biggest corporations.
