Can you make it so we can put mortars in trenches too next patch? Nice work with the mgs

lol i cant tell if smokaz is serious... because yes in RL mortars would want to be in a trench, but from a game play perspective it would be terrible!

though maybe this means we are one step closer to having better emplacements?

ofc we want mortars in trenches, btw arty can still kill stuff in trenches atm, just not as well as in the open (makes sense) ((unless you are tym and is busy ap rounding 88s with ur 30 cals)

New trenches are pretty epic, squads inside will take very little damage from artillary, but grenades and flames deal with them pretty good

Modern (man portable) mortars were designed with trenches in mind.

i didn't say they wouldn't be more effective but gameplay wise it might suffer a lot because mortars, at least allied mortars, need to be portable, not sit in a trench.

I like to move my mortars a lot, i rarely keep them in the same spot, a trenched mortar would mess up my flow, while hmgs are not a big deal, easier to get them into some type of cover.

Now, if you have multiple trenches and move your mortar around, ok that works but meh, a good nebel shot will deal mess it up.

passive sprint was an incorrect buff.
+0.5 speed is applied to hmgs now

I suppose you did that of your own accord?

If you look back you will see it was discussed and the decision was made to change it to passive sprint. But of course you think you own doctrines Roll Eyes

Don't like the Chaffee gun change, would have prefered it to be made slower and keep the gun, as opposed to being a reward 'M8' greyhound with less life now.  Stuart/Tet guns are crap.  And is this the Big John tet gun or the crap basic gun?

Thats what i think, if squad members need to move some meters to get in range or ur prefered target moves back you probably be just able to use it one or zero times - means 3-5 grenadier grenades
imho way to short duration to use grenade ability after triggering assault

QQ, had you read two posts further you would have found out the inf artillery off-map is being voted on by the BT and will be addressed in a next patch.

How was this change necessary? Are you planning on reworking the Stuka next? Because they couldn't damage anything before, now they must be more useless than ever.

looking at some of the things you did, I obviously thought this was another one of those fuckups.

but hey, if it turns out it was intended, than the sprint will be reverted.

The fix of the M10 priority is the best thing in this patch. I hope i can just micro the unit and had to take less care about the shot target.
It's Tank Destroyer - I want to destroy Tanks not Clowncars or Panzergrenadiere.

make it 140fuel (like it was) give it m10 acceleration and enable human crush and it might be a deal
