I really dont think the Propaganda tower needs clock in all honesty.  Its only 35 muni and isn't an offmap like radi0 triangulation.

Remember that your enemy has the same camara view as you, so put it where they can't see it at all. Putting it in exsisting craters is all a good idea. Also some impassable groves and bushes it can be built in too

The buff isn't "25%". It's a multiplier of 1.25. Multiply that by a further multiplier of 1.1, and you get 1.25*1.1=1.375

Rather simple maths, my dear Crazy.

Also, the RGDs told me so, unless there's been a ninja change since I last spammed the bloody things.
