This is the number 1 problem with 98% of EIR's playerbase. If they just didn't do this, they would rarely have the need to come and start forum threads like this.
Thats not the issue, its the fact that they are so stupid or arrogant as to blame the BALANCE of the game instead of the pure bad luck of having pulled on a start incapable of beating your opponents build. (god forbid that it was his micro that beat your start) Like i few days ago, i was having a nice run with my company, but then i ran into Assholio (freddy?) and his dual shermans caught me off guard. This would have happened with or without doctrines or anything else.

Just Two Shermans take you off guard? Now you can imagine how i feel when i face a Tiger+Sturmtruppen with dual Shreks.
All the times i try several start Call-Ins and sometimes one works very well and then i face i game where it's totally useless at the start up. Then i try to change it and make it even worse and then it works "perfect" again.

Both the metagame side of things and the doctrine buffs being unbalanced are valid points.
A lot of things in EIR can be countered and done so by reasonably balanced setups but I think there are definitely still imbalances in the buffs from various doctrines. Terror has a lot of buffs to a spread of units that play together very well. A number of other doctrines also have good buffs but in most cases you have fewer buffs that actually work out. Like buffs to your infantry that make them more survivable against inf combined with say a buff that improves the sight of your tanks is far more effective than having an unlock that buffs your infantrys survivability and also makes them have sprint or say increases mg damage.
The first case you have made the infantry better and the tanks also are more able to defend them while in the second case you still have two useful buffs but they don't add to each other as well.
Terror is not necessarily OP but some of the other doctrines could use some changes so that the buffs they give lend themselves better to each other thus making them stronger without overpowering any particular units.

Yea, when they were used aggressively. I had a marder locked it down and had shreks in a clown car. Normally people run away i chase, shermans die, they bitch how useless they are. But this time, he charges down the road takes two marder shots, kills the clown car on the way and circles marder going trolololol

Hm. Maybe i should go for some Shermans in my company. When a M10 faces a Marder+Clowncar that's means a explicit Insta-Ka-Boom! Sometimes the long range accuracy from the Shreks are unbelivible. It could be possible that they had infarot controlled missles or laser sight range finders.

good thing about sherman is, if marder shoots on it, there is sometimes a very good chance of bouncing while a m10 always gets the full hit

A tow missle is a wire-guided anti-tank missle that can be controlled optically through an attached wire as it goes towards the target.
