Marine turn up your mic boost, should be under control panel>sound>recording
If its not there then look in sound settings, go to file, then advanced and after you have selected that you should get a box to check for mic boost.
and if i do that everyone on vent bitches im way to loud

Its kinda annoying like they whre to lasy to redraw the minimap but still want some chance and make like minmal chances where the f'ing garbage is placed ...

No, they change the minimap. It's like Diablio 2, the entire map changes. The setup and such.

cozmo, the map system, both world and per zone in HGL couldnt be easier
Tab for Mini map (or zone map)
M for Map, Alt to scroll like google maps
i figured it out no tutorial first time in.

its just weird, if i cant remeber exactly what tunnel goes somewere, just poping inside to see is useless because most start with the same left hand bend and open plan area, and i have to kill though all of it to see if it is the correct one or not.

blame it on...wait for it
wait for it...
Blame it on...EA! Pricks ruin everything they touch, the rushed FFS to get Hellgate out on shelves, granted the maps wouldnt have changed much, but alot of the bugs would have been fixed prior to launch IMO.

What he was talking about was the fact that the maps are randomly generated unlike pretty much every MMORPG out there. You can't run people through the acts and such, as you don't know the exact path, there is no just strolling through the game because you know exactly where to go. It's different every time. I mean, even the monsters that are there change sometimes. It's brilliant.

Realism isn't exactly the biggest concept in this game.

i know, but FFS, i can accept the deamons and the humans using magic but random changing areas i can'., If it was just a different amount of boxes for astethic feel then it would be ok, but the entire map switches around, no thanks.

No one's making you play.
I myself enjoy it. Every time you play it's different. It's wonderful.
