If Blackout wasn't such a nightmare ability to get working in the first place it'd be easier to tweak. As it stands it was pretty particular to begin with so trying to edit it might break it entirely. A warning to your allies that you're going to use it is better then nothing. then they can use offmaps before you do

I have played with it enough times it just doesn't bother me at all.
Its kind of like those old platformers where you get the powerup or funky level in which the controls flip.

A high level of co-ordination and preparedness is required for it to be useful. However, it is much more of a hindrance than a help when used unannounced.

I mean I know Obama was the first one in EiR to get a card. and tbfh the Race card is pretty OP. but Romney has the K.K.K., those guys seem to camo anywhere. So OP units from both sides.
